• Are you licensed in Washington State?

Yes. Stanis LLC is a Washington State Licensed General Contractor, bonded and insured — see our credentials on the About page. We handle remodeling, painting, drywall repair, crawl space work, furniture assembly, and general home repairs. We do not perform roofing, rough electrical, or rough plumbing, as these require a specialty license.

• How long does a typical home project take?

Service times depend on the complexity of the project. Small repairs like drywall patches or furniture assembly typically take 1-2 hours. Mid-size projects such as interior painting or bathroom updates may take 1-3 days. Larger renovations like full kitchen remodels or crawl space encapsulation can take up to a few weeks.

• What's the difference between a handyman and a general contractor?

A handyman handles smaller-scope repairs and installations that don't require permits. A general contractor manages larger projects like remodels and structural work, coordinating permits and subcontractors. Stanis LLC is a Washington State Licensed General Contractor offering both — one accountable team from a 30-minute fix to a multi-week remodel.
